MWG Productions, LLC is dedicated to producing and assisting others to create new, innovative theatrical and film productions. MWG provides artistic and technical services for companies and individuals in theater, film and entertainment at competitive prices. We can help you build your creative and production teams to ensure that your visual and social media thrive.

 

We are also actively working on several new musical and theatrical projects currently under development.

Our Team

MATTHEW GURREN (Company President) is a writer, performer and videographer. Past written and performed shows include Mrs., Widow, The Appraiser’s Desk and two one-act musicals, No Lover’s Fool and Last Dance. His original musical comedy, What Do Critics Know?, was a sold-out, Next Link Full Production at the 2015 New York Musical Theatre Festival. The show received awards for Best Music (Honorable Mention), Best Featured Actress and Best Choreography. He is the videographer and Director of Social Media for the York Theatre Company. Past promotional film projects include video work for The Public Theater, Vital Theater, Center Stage, 54 Below, Spiderman Turn Off The Dark among others. He has also filmed videos for several Broadway performers and writers including Angela Lansbury, Jason Alexander, Stephen Schwartz, Sierra Boggess, Norm Lewis, Marin Mazzie among others. He is a graduate of Tufts University and a member of the Dramatist Guild and the Theatre Artists Workshop.

 

 

JULIANA PEDROSO (Company Manager) is a Brazilian Theatrical Producer of international renown who is an instrumental asset to our production company. Ms. Pedroso has already worked on distinguished theatrical works such as Kiss Me Kate-The Musical (Rio De Janeiro), Sleep No More (NYC, Drama Desk Award, Obie Award), the new musical comedy What Do Critics Know? (NYC) and Prototype Festival (NYC). Likewise, she worked for Theater NET Rio in Brazil, responsible for producing Broadway shows such as Avenue Q and Chaplin - The Musical. Produced, created and co-directed the original musical Once Upon a Time. As a designer in Brazil, her TV credits include working for REDE GLOBO. Juliana is one of the creators of the new original musical Rio Uphill.
